Earlier it was well-known that Mumbai based Prime ABGB are the importers of Samsung SSDs since the 830 days, but Shatul Durlabjhi and Sharan Ahuja of Compkraft bought the newer batches of Samsung 840 series SSDs which clearly shows that Ingram Micro is now the importer and will be the ones handling complaints and RMA for these SSD units. This applies for both 128GB and 256GB variant.
Its not clear whether Prime ABGB is still Samsung SSDs distributors are not, but now that its handled by a nation-wide distributor, it should be available in most parts of the country very easily.
